Sisters-in-law Nancy and Lisa Mims revamped the wallpaper industry abandoning the standard toxic vinyl (PVC) coatings on most commercial papers. Instead, they returned to a rich tradition of artisan quality hand silk-screened wallpapers without employing vinyl.
