the small stakes

Jason Munn is the brains behind The Small Stakes, a company he began in 2003. Arising from a love of independent music, design, and making for the sake of making, his posters soon got the attention of many bands and audiences. Since then he's deisgned book covers, t-shirts, illustrations and his work has appeared in magazines like ReadyMade and Print. I love the bare bones graphics of his work-- the broad field and the bold object. He has a great minimalist touch. Brevity and yet so much is said.
