Danzinger Projects, the New York gallery, is one of my favorite online stops. Currently, they're featuring an exhibit by Alejandra Laviada who is also featured in this month's Wallpaper* magazine. Laviada assembles found objects in interesting ways and photographs them, making us see everyday objects in new ways. This artist, originally from Mexico City, calls these pieces "photo sculptures."
