Jennifer Hill started her company JHill Design in Jamaica Plain, MA in 2003. She offers various design services, but it's her cards that I want to highlight. Her series PLACES I'VE NEVER BEEN, "is about the expectations we all have about discovering a new place. My hope is to eventually include pieces that chronicle not only where I hope to go, but where I have been.” Her patterns are simple and striking and she offers them in notecards, notebooks, and prints. If there was ever a time for the geometric pattern to hit the big time, it's now, and Jennifer's work is great. The print here was made by silkscreen with handstamped oranges on top.
